I learned to make traditional Ukrainian Easter Eggs (pysanky) while sitting on my Mama’s knee. Now I make them year-round, and am inspired by more than the rich folk symbolism of my heritage. Wallpapers, fabrics, and designs from other cultures are wonderful inspiration, too!
